At Hoodoo Outfitters, we make the booking process simple and straightforward, so you can focus on preparing for an unforgettable hunting experience.

Booking Your Hunt

If you are booking more than one year in advance, a $1,000 USD deposit will hold your spot.
Payment Schedule:
- 50% due: February 15th of the hunt year
- Remainder due: August 15th of the hunt year

All deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another hunter in the same season with the outfitter’s approval.

Availability

For current availability, please send us an email. We’ll respond promptly to confirm open dates and help you select the best hunt window.

Cancellation Policy

While we hope every hunt goes as planned, if the unlikely event occurs that the outfitter must cancel, all deposits will be fully refunded.

Lodging

During our November rifle hunts, guests stay in our comfortable 5-bedroom lodge (house) located in the beautiful town of Drumheller. Each hunter enjoys a private bedroom, giving you space to relax and recharge after long days in the field.

The lodge features a warm and welcoming atmosphere, modern amenities, and plenty of room to unwind. One of the highlights is the outdoor hot tub, perfect for soaking sore muscles at the end of the day. Be sure to bring your bathing suit.

For earlier-season September and October bow hunts, accommodations will vary depending on conditions and hunter preference. Hunters will stay either in a local hotel or in a comfortable camp setup, giving you the flexibility to stay close to the action.
